Aweber is a great email marketing solution.  It allows you to create opt-in forms with a variety of question styles, you can set up e-courses, and recently they have add the ability to survey your email list.  By the way, did I mention it’s affordable.

I currently use Freshbooks as my invoices tool. I love the fact that I can track my time and create invoices from that tracked time. Clients can pay me by clicking directly on their invoices. Also Fresh Books creates all sorts of reports (that I have not even used yet). It can integrate with other financial systems such as Outright, Xpenser, and now gmail. I started off with the Free account which allows me to have 3 clients and as my business grew I upgraded as needed. I recommend this product to anyone just starting out in their business.

This hosting company is outstanding. They have excellent customer support services and it’s very very easy to navigate through their cpanel. I also know the support personnel by first name (such a shame). They never get tired of you asking questions as I tend to ask a lot and the same questions over and over again.
