Give Me What I Want!
By: Felicia Pratt Ellis
Welcome back to the “Connecting with your Customers Online” series. If you have not read the first few posts in this series, you can find them here. I really hope you enjoy this series and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to post them in the comments section. With that said let’s get started!
Grab a paper and pen and take some good notes on today’s article.
By now, you should have been able to identify your target audience and hopefully you have been building some great relationships and gaining some amazing insights on you audience needs by hanging out with them. Now what do you with the information you gathered? This information is very valuable. By hanging out with them, you have figured out what their problems are and now you can take their questions and problems and provide them with much needed answers.
Now there are a number of ways that you give your target audience they answers they are so desperately seeking. You can develop a free offer based on a common need. You can create info products and what I recommend that you do for right now is create blog posts based on their questions. I am doing the latter as you read. This series of posts came out of need for people interested in learning how to connect with their customers on line. You see my audience is women who have full-time jobs, and a family, as they seek entrepreneurship. They do not have a lot of time to go to networking events and but they know they need to connect with their customers and future customers. With knowing this, I decided that the best way I can help them is provide them with some information that I have learned that has helped me to connect with my customers and future customers.
Keep in mind that what you have learned thus far may not put money in your pocket as you do them, and I know that is your main purpose for connecting. However, in order to have real connection you must do it from a sincere place. By being genuine and sincere, you will begin to build a following of prospects, customers, and brand evangelists that will rave about you and your business for you
Action Steps
Okay here we go. Gather the information all the questions and problems you have found from your target audience as you were hanging out. Now write your first blog posts. Don’t have a blog yet? Not a problem. Go to your business timeline and put your post in the notes app. I encourage you to go ahead and build your website using wordpress.
